题目: The ecological role of Marinifilaceae (MF) in degradation process of polysaccharide, protein and fatty acid organic matters in deep sea
内容提要:
1.MF are only present marine environment;
 
2.MF are the dominated bacteria in three kinds of organic matters degradation in deep sea;
 
3.MF show the metabolic potential and functional activity in using polysaccharide, protein and fatty acid organic matters in deep sea; and this implies that MF play important role in degrading POM and/or DOM; which is great significance in the marine carbon cycle.
