For a piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting system, the co-optimization study of the harvester and the interface circuit is meaningful to achieve a low output voltage and a large energy harvesting bandwidth. This report talks about the combined studies of device modeling, structure optimization and interface circuit design for the co-optimization. Through the co-optimization of the harvester and interface circuit, the piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting system presents excellent energy scavenging capability away from harvester's mechanical resonance frequency, thereby enhancing the adaptability of autonomous micro electronic systems in the environment with a wide vibration spectrum. |
