The aim of this work was to develop an active packaging based on chitosan and SSWP incorporated with three natural antioxidant extracts from different plants (corn silk, oolong tea and black soybean seed coat) and to characterize its physical properties and determine and the effect of different ethanol extracts concentration on the physicochemical and antioxidant properties of SSWP-chitosan-addition (SSWP-C-X) films. |
