The cellular uptake of the samples was evaluated by confoal laser scanning miroscopy. Cells were seeded on 35-mm plates at 8*104 celles/well. Then the drugs were added. And the MitoTrackerDeep Red was also added at appropriate time. The distribution of PPa and TPP-PPa was visible.
