The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of the collective effectiveness of physical education teachers, and to analyze the typical correlation of the three facets. Using the questionnaire as a research tool, a combination of intentional sampling and randomized research was conducted to investigate the physical education teachers of 61 vocational high school, and 341 valid research objects were obtained, and the data were processed by descriptive statistics and typical correlation analysis. The results show that the collective effectiveness of physical education teachers is above-middle degree, and the level of learning guidance is the highest; The first group of typical factors of teachers'perception of teaching situation could explain 44.9% of the total variance of teachers' collective efficacy, and there was a significant positive correlation between teachers'perception of teaching situation and teachers' collective efficacy.The physical education teacher's teaching situational awareness is significantly positively correlated with the teacher's collective efficacy; the first group of typical factors composed of physical education teachers' self-efficacy facet can explain 47.5% of the teacher's collective efficacy facet total variation, and the physical education teacher self. The sense of efficacy is positively correlated with the collective effectiveness of teachers. It is suggested to increase the professional sharing opportunities of physical education teachers, enhance the teachers’ sense of self-efficacy by improving the teachers' self-efficacy, and give physical education teachers appropriate social support to encourage the professional growth of physical education teachers.
