Explore the influence of emodin on the lifespan of C. elegans

3) Result:
a) Emodin can effectively extends lifespan of C. elegans at different levels from 50μM to 300μM, and have the optimal function at 150μM.
b) Emodin can improve the stress tolerance of C. elegans under heat and oxidative stress.
c) Emodin is able to reduce the intracellular free radical level. |
