The drug-loaded micelles were formulated into a sample solution having a volume of 2 ml and a concentration of 10 mg/ml and placed in a sample cell. Fill the receiving tank with dispersion media. The two pools are separated by a dialysis bag. Samples were taken from the receiving pool and rehydration at different time points. The content of drug in the sample was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the drug release curve was finally drawn. |
