Employment rate has been used to evaluate the quality of university provisions in the UK. This study explores the key factors that influence undergraduate employment rate of 150 higher education institutions in the UK through the test of structural equation model. Firstly, construct a path model that affects the employment rate of universities and then establish an evaluation model that affects the employment rate of UK universities. Finally, the model is validated by Maximum Likelihood to obtain the factors affecting the employment level of British university students and the weight of these factors. This study aims to improve the training mode and environmental conditions of graduates, formulate more effective policies for graduates. |
