Biomass tar is an essential product in the gasification process of biomass. The components of biomass tar are complex which including single-ring complex mixtures, polycyclic aromatic compounds, oxygenated hydrocarbons and composite polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The chemical composition of tar depends on the conditions of biomass source and thermochemical conversion. Therefore, how to make rational use of biomass tar to promote its further utilization and development and application is very necessary. In this paper, PAN and biomass tar are used as matrix materials, a certain amount of biomass gasification residue tar is doped. Different ratios of PAN/Tar /DMF solution prepared with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. Different concentrations of spinning tar (pula tar) are added to the PAN to obtain different concentrations of spinning solution. Nano-sized PAN/Tar composite fiber filaments are obtained by electrospinning at different receiving distances. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption and desorption test, and specific surface area (BET) were used to analyze the effects of the amount of tar added and the distance of acceptance on the PAN/Tar nanocomposite fiber. The experimental results show that biomass tar can be used as a raw material source of carbon materials, and the prepared carbon-based materials have larger pore size and good adsorption performance. |
