heat-integrated distillation column( HIDiC),which combined advantages of the low-pressure ratio heat pump distillation with the diabatic operation,is considered as an example of the most energy-saving and compact column structure 。for the purpose of finding the main factors affecting the heat exchange and provide the basic data for the HIDiC design, an annular structured internal heat-integrated distillation column was constructed to investigate the basic heat transfer performanceand the effect of heat transfer on the separation performance of HIDiC, Through experimental investigation we found that the pressure ratio had a significant impact on the overall heat transfer coefficient. Heat exchange had different affect on the rectifying section and stripping section which were very important to the HIDiC design
