Corannulene has drawn much concern due to its unique structural and electronic properties. However, the study of corannulene on chemiluminescence method has not been reported. In this research， corannulene-mediated peroxyoxalate-hydrogen peroxide (TCPO-H2O2) system was established. Besides, the proposed method was used to detect the enzymatic activity of AchE. At last, AChE inhibitors screening was carried out through neostigmine bromide and tacrine used as examples. |
