The mixed combustion of sludge and biomass is beneficial to realize energy recovery and make up for the shortage of single raw material. However, the content of nitrogen in biomass and sludge fuel can be as high as 9%. Therefore, in the actual application of sludge and biomass mixed combustion technology, the emission form of nitrogen oxides (NOx) is severe.
This report introduces the NOx emission characteristics of corn straw and sludge co-combustion under different ratio, heating rate and moisture content, and reports the synergistic effect of corn straw and sludge in the process of NOx emission reduction. At the same time, this report also briefly introduces the application status of BASIC simulation software independently developed in NOx emission from biomass combustion. |
