A concise route to accomplish the first total synthesis of drimentines A, F and G, and indotertine A were reported. The key intermediate for the synthesis was assembled by an intermolecular radical conjugate addition. Photoredox catalysis played a determining role in the success of this transformation. A biologically inspired iminium-olefin cyclization was exploited to convert drimentine F into indotertine A.
