The effect of various microaeration strategies and process parameters on anaerobic digetion of lignocellulosic substrate received increased attention, but different results was reported. To determine optimal condition and clarify the influencing mechanism.Effect of real time pH control from 5.0 to 8.0 during microaeration microbial pretreatment on the degradation and anaerobic digestion of corn stover was investigated. Fresh cow manure was chosen as the inoculum for the strongest cellulose hydrolysis capacity in microaeration condition. Disolved oxygen was kept at 0.2-1.0 g/L.The results show that microaeration microbial pretreatment can effectively promote the hydrolysis and acidogenesis of lignocellulose, and pH have significant effect on the process through affecting microbial community shift.Different pH and process time led to different TS loss,SCOD accumulation and SCOD consumption, resulted in both positive and negative anaerobic digestion results. In this experiment, the best operation condition for anaerobic digetion was pH 5 for 1 days, and the methane potential was 16.45% enhanced. |
