The measurement of intracellular ATP was used the ATP Assay Kit. First, we should eatablish the calibration curve for ATP. Then the cells were seeded onto 6-well plates at a density of 2*105 cell/well. The drugs were added and the working solution was added too. Finally, the ATP level was assessed using a chemiluminometer.
