Our country has not yet issued any legal text based on modern apprenticeship. Therefore, policy analysis has become an important entry point and breakthrough in the study of modern apprenticeship in my country. Taking the policy texts scattered in various government documents of our country as the main line, tracing the policy evolution of our country’s modern apprenticeship, we can see that the development of our country’s modern apprenticeship has experienced six stages: germination, origin, release, implementation, review and promotion. . The policy subject from single to multiple, policy objectives from long-term to specific, policy content from macro to micro, and policy scope from partial to comprehensive are the general characteristics of the evolution of the modern apprenticeship policy text in my country in recent years. Taking the pulse of the future, scientific positioning is the forerunner of the implementation of modern apprenticeship policies. Collaborative education is the core of the modern apprenticeship policy. The appeal of interests is the key to modern apprenticeship policy considerations. The distribution of powers and responsibilities is the link in the implementation of modern apprenticeship policies. Supervision is the guarantee for the implementation of modern apprenticeship policies. |
