Pesticides have been widely used in agriculture to protect the crops. But the residuals in food are harmful to our health. The commonly used methods are GC, HPLC and MS. However, all of them need complicated instruments and professional personnel. Now, the biosensing methods have drawn much attention to detect Pesticides. In this paper, an on-site, user-friendly, easily accessible method is designed using a glucose meter. |
