- TEM and SEM imaging of the formulation DOX@GdMSNs and the optimal formulation DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs were shown and discussed. The energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) of DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs for oxygen, silicon and gadolinium were shown from panels. What’s more, as for cell study, CLSM images of 4T1 cells incubated with free ICG+NIR, DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs and DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs + NIR for 12 h were accomplished. In addition, the results of CLSM images of 4T1 cells treated with PBS, free ICG+NIR, DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs and DOX@GdMSNs-ICG-TSLs + NIR for ROS detection were shown.
