The cationic Au NCs was synthesized by the following procedure, ethylenediamine was transferred to glassware and the pH of ethylenediamine was added to Au NCs under stirring. Then,EDC was added to the mixture.After reacting at room temperature for 2h,acetate buffer was added to quench the reaction.
