题目: CuS@SiO2-PEG core-shell nanoparticles loading indocyanine green for photothermal and photodynamic therapy
内容提要:
  1. In this experiment, we will novel 1-tetradecanol (TD)-controlled and indocyanine green (ICG)-loaded CuS@mSiO2 phototherapy nanoplatform (CuS@mSiO2-TD/ICG). Herein, mesoporous silica provides a drug carrier which can also improve the biocompatibility of CuS nanoparticles and protect the ICG from high degradation. TD is used as a gatekeeper to prevent ICG premature. The ICG loaded core-shell CuS@mSiO2 nanocarrier is supposed to achieve a combined photothermal and photodynamic therapy based on CuS and ICG.
