Up to now, a number of compounds have been isolated from Lignum Caraganae using classical phytochemistry methods which are tedious, time consuming and exhausting and there is no efficient approach for rapid and systematic identification of the target compounds of it. In present study, an efficient UPLC/Q-TOF-MS method will be established to profile the chemical compounds of Lignum Caraganae. The report Introduced the idea of on-line rapid identification of the target chemical compounds of Lignum Caraganae and the supporting database established for the subsequent qualitative analysis. Besides, the potential problems and solutions in the qualitative process were discussed as well. |
