he mentoring relationship is a key factor in the apprenticeship system, also is the important condition that related to modern apprenticeship system can be effectively implemented. This paper focus on mentoring relationship under the modern apprenticeship of vocational education in China. Through the survey research with students studied vocational education major in school of education， TJU, the paper discuss the theory that influence mentoring relationship and the present situation of mentoring relationship. Based on the above research results, this paper try to establish the definition structure of modern mentoring relationship under the modern apprenticeship system in the vocational education, from the perspective of pedagogy and sociology. |
