By 2017, it has become a central country, and in the cooperation sub-network, China has also become a central country. China and countries along the Belt and Road will leverage the "Belt and Road" initiative policy, and in the future international cooperation in vocational education should focus on the "four dimensions" of power cooperation, institutional cooperation, cultural cooperation and capacity cooperation, and continue to export regional cooperation experience in vocational education to the world wisdom.
