This report is divided into three parts: Review, Experiment and Plan. First of all, the review is concentrated on showing the present situation of adverse drug event (ADE). According to National Annual Report on Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, 2016, intravenous dosage forms have the largest proportion of adverse reactions in all dosage forms of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. We found that from 1999 to 2016, the numbers of ADEs has increased gradually, and among these events, most adverse effects were caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections. So we need pay more attention on this kind of injection. Secondly, this report introduced the pharmacodynamic effects of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection and Salvia polyphenolic acid Injection. And it showes the adverse events of these two injections in clinical as well. The third part introduces the guinea pig ileum contraction experiment results of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection and Salvia polyphenolic acid Injection. |
