The confocal laser scanning images proved that the drug uptake efficiency ranked as follows: LMnP-CPT-2P NPs > free CPT > free CPT-2P. These results manifested that CPT with a greater ability to enhance cellular uptakeefficiency after be made into LMnP-CPT NPs, all of them contributed toincreased aqueous solubility and stability of CPT.
