Translation aesthetics is the study of translation from the perspective of aesthetics.The ‘marriage’ of translation and aesthetics is a typical feature of translation aesthetics. Compared with other important theories, translation aesthetics has a relatively short history but soon develops into one prominent theory in evaluating the translations of literary works.
