Organic amendments (OAs) have
been applied to mercury-polluted paddy soils to improve rice production. However,
little is known on the effects of different OAs on Hg dissolution and spectral
composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM). Therefore, we conducted an
incubation experiment to investigate DOM spectral composition and Hg release in
pore water of paddy soil after utilizing food waste compost (FC), fulvic acids (FA)
and humic acids(HA).
