The MTX-loaded micelle (OA-NCs/MTX) and blank micelle (OA-NCs) were prepared using a dialysis method. mPEG-OA (200 mg) and MTX (20 mg) were absolutely dissolved in 10 mL DMF and mixed the solution thoroughly for 1 h at 25oC. The drug-loaded micelles were achieved by dialyzing (MWCO = 1,000 Da) against ammonia water (pH = 8.0). Then the solution was centrifuged (6,500 rpm, 15 min) followed by lyophilization to get OA-NCs/MTX. |
