Two-dimensional nanomaterials (2D nanomaterials) usually defined as a type of layered nanomaterials, which only have several nanometer thicknesses, however, the horizontal size is over 100 nm. Both 2D nanomaterials and other nanomaterials such as zero-dimensional nanomaterials (0D nanomaterials) and one-dimensional nanomaterials (1D nanomaterials) are equipped with unique properties like surface effect, small-size effect, quantum size effect, and macro-quantum tunnel effect. luminol CL system are the most commonly applied. However, the luminol CL system encountered the low CL intensity which limited its applications. the catalysts like natural enzymes and metal ions introduced in luminal CL system encountered problems of lower specificity and stability. MoS2 have a 1.2 eV bandgap which was super than the gapless graphene. The peroxidase-like activity of GO was discovered and used in the CL. But the MoS2 served as a catalyst has not been reported. Therefore, our work is concentrated on the peroxidase-like activity discovery of MoS2 and explore its application in CL. |
