In order to explore the synthesized micelles in cellular level, we designed the experiments including cytotoxicity assay, cell uptake analysis and cell cycle measurement. Cytotoxicity assay of OA-NCs/MTX in 4T1 cells indicates the dual drugs loaded micelle has better anticancer effect than free MTX because OA showed adjunctive anti-tumor effect with a low potency.
